Ice in Cold Pressed Juice

In France, water is never iced but juice is—and I love it. Particularly when you've made a dark green, maybe cruciferous, blend and need to lighten things up: juice on ice (or spritzed or both) is helpful. This photo I took at the now-closed Nanashi in Paris; there's a single cube beneath the foam.
